I ordered a sign for my wedding. It’s so beautiful! The color is bright and it’s a US plug. My only complaint is that it’s a little flimsy. I guess it won’t matter since it’ll be hung on a wall but other than that the quality is incomparable for the price.

Incredibly satisfied with the quality and the service of this product and supplier. I was a bit worried about for one of my first times to order from them, but this provider over-delivered in every aspect. Very communicative, very professional, and so fast!!! The product was made in a day and shipped. I was astounded at how quick they were and with the quality they delivered! And the colors were vibrant . I also ordered a similar sign from another highly rated supplier first and I was really disappointed, so ordered again with this supplier). I will definitely order any future products from this supplier and recommend to anyone else to do the same!

Perfect customer service; to the point and clear. delivery was faster than expected and build quality overall is great. A few small resin parts at the outer edge were not filed away 100% but this is like searching for nails on low tide (a dutch proverb meaning there is always something to complain about while overall something is great.) Would definitely order again and recommend the company highly.

My item came with two different colors of white when it was advertised as all the same. The smoke is of a blue/white and the joint is of a yellow/white, it doesn’t match and makes the smoke look like a completely separate piece.

The quality of this produgt is incredible... this not your dollar store neon light! No detail was spared in the packaging. Clean bright box, packed purposefully, with so many little discoveries within. Shipping was fast, and the product itself is easy to assemble.
